Mnemonic
There is a problem that with nVidia 3D Vision - aiming sight is not on the correct depth, making it impossible to use for any precise shooting. There are fixes for Ka-50 and A-10C, that place HUDs on proper depth to make them collimated (http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=109341) with 3D Vision on. Is there similar fix for F-86F? (EDIT) I going to try to fix it using tutorial from lefuneste01 Edited August 2, 2014 by Mnemonic
Mnemonic
So, ladies and gentleman, if somebody needs a working F-86 gunsight fix for nVidia 3D Vision, here is how to do it: http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=2143685&postcount=30 1. Go to: DCS World\Mods\aircrafts\F-86\Cockpit\Scripts\mainpanel_init.lua and fix: Z_test = { near = 0.05, far = 20.0 } 2. Go to: DCS World\Mods\aircrafts\F-86\Cockpit\Scripts\Gunsight_A4\Indicator\A4_init.lua and fix: if A4_use_mirror_adjusting then collimator_default_distance_factor = {10.61720563,0,0} end This makes gun sight of Sabre properly displayed with nVidia 3D Vision, looks like it works perfectly.
