I originally posted about this on the screenshots thread and got some positive feedback so I have uploaded this skin (including a generic 4thFIW skin) at DCS User files section (not up yet) and it is available for download from http://www.LockOnfiles.com Its far from perfect as we really need the layered template but I decided to work with what was available.
