Someone suggested http://forums.eagle.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=326 but when I tried to access it I got "Invalid Forum specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator" Clicking the 'administrator' link did nothing. And yes, I was logged in and the backer section with serial numbers and stuff works fine. Only problem, the forum.
