How to import SU-33 Canopy scratches into A10C

For some time I have wanted to add some sort of weathering or glass imperfection effect in the A10C canopy glass.

As it is, the A10C glass is too perfect in my opinion.

Is there any way to take the "scratched glass" or spider web effect visible in the SU-33 and import that into the A10C?
