No, I was looking at the angle of attack scale on the left side of the HUD. What I never noticed was the uAoA on the bottom left of the HUD until I read your post.

Ok, I'll check the scale, I keep forgetting about it. If it's showing a different number then it needs fixing.

While checking, ensure that it should only be visible when the gear is down instead of at all times as it (the HUD AoA scale) is presently. See the link to Ivank's post earlier.
