Cobra360 Posted March 22, 2006 Posted March 22, 2006 I'm going to upgrade my CPU and I've been looking at the 3800 and 4000. There's 50 euro in the difference but benchmarks show no difference between them. They both run at 2.4Ghz but the 4000 was twice the L2 cache. So should I just get a 3800 as it will probably overclock higher than the 4000 can? And before somebody suggests going dual core, I won't consider it until more games support it.
Prophet_169th Posted March 23, 2006 Posted March 23, 2006 Get the 1MB L2, I believe it will make more of a difference than MHz will.
