Tried looking for a thread similar to this via search, but came out empty handed.. Anyway, my gun pods are causing the sim to crash every time I squeeze the trigger. This happens at both Ripple Quantity 2 and 4 as well as at any angle and PPT mode. Is anybody else having these issues, or am I missing something?
Might want to repair your install, and if that doesnt work you can try 1 of 2 things, wait till a new patch, OR reinstall entirely.

Sorry they work just fine for me.

-Do this also happen in KA-50 (if you have this module)?

-Have you tried the Keyboard (Spacebar) to fire instead with the Controller (Joystick)? Does this happen than also?

-Which Joystick do you use?

-Have you done your keysetup ingame(Options) or with another Software (TARGET for Warthog HOTAS or Saitek SST for X52) maybe there is a Keybinding broken.

-You can also try to disconnect the Conroller and fire than.

A reinstallation could help like OP says but if you do so we will never find out what caused this Bug.

Finding out if the problem is a general one, affecting all installations, or if it is a local issue is rather central. If the former - wait for a fix. If the latter - continue troubleshooting.

Considering this, Isegrim's post was very helpful, and I certainly would not want to see similar posts discouraged in the future by negative feedback.

Cheers,

/Fred
