Blackscreen every 5 seconds or so

I get black screen every 5 or so seconds. Some time monitor says refresh rate is high, is there way to set it so it stays at 60Mhz

Try be more descriptive. What conditionos are met for that behaviour, what's your equipments, what are your settings...
