The radio tab (house icon) for non mig-21 users in the editor doesn't exist, is there a possibility of this being fixed, or added?

Custom radio-channels for non human player are not available.

 

You can set the desired radio frequency for the Ai flight in the small frequency box above the red circle in your screenshot.

 

AI flights will operate at this frequency. In order to contact (or hear) them, your human aircraft have to have this frequency available.

I have sat the unit as a Client.

 

and as non-mig21 users, i mean people that have not bought the mig-21.
