Radar Radiates on Ground

This isn't a question, but I couldn't find a better place to post.

I think this is a bug, but correct me if I'm wrong:

 

In the most recent version, while sitting on the ground in the F-15, it is possible to radiate if you select vertical scan mode, then BVR. Haven't tested it with any other mode aside from Vertical before BVR. Only noticed it in the Eagle so far.

It's a feature for when you want to sit on the tarmac and roast hot dogs. They just haven't had time to code the visuals yet.
