Cold start option in Mission edit

Is there a cold start option when creating a mission in Mission editor? I can't figure it out, the mission always starts with engines powered on. I don't see the option in the pull down menu, under "Type" .

"Takeoff from ramp" gives you a cold start. "Takeoff from parking hot" gives you an engines-running start.
