OK, I think I found the problem, my DCS did not auto update to the latest version.....I don't know why, it usually always does.

No, it's supposed to be available for DCS release version. The module is in beta, but that doesn't mean you need to be running the beta of DCS to install it. That's how it's always been and that's how it should be this time. Nowhere did they say "we're releasing it December 3rd, but only for those of you with a DCS beta install."
