HDR help needed

I am using the COLD COLORS setting for HDR, personally I think it makes the game look really good however, when its dusk/dawn the sun washes out the screen. is there a way to have the COLD COLORS HDR without the sun blinding an entire cardinal direction?

thanks, this definitely helped, but is there a way I can tweak the sun's bloom to be even smaller?
