ST0RM Posted December 6, 2014 Posted December 6, 2014 Seems with the latest patch, I've lost my nose-wheel steering. Had to re-tag my rudder pedals again to the axis. They work, but cant steer. I've looked through the control logs to see if a key is needed, but saw nothing. The Steering Engaged light is on in the cockpit as well. Also, why was the auto-start function changed? Now I had to add the power via a key function instead of all auto. Not an issue, but without a clickable cockpit, this is kind of lame. -Jeff
Vivoune Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 (edited) Same here the nose wheel steering isn't working, led is lit, pedals are working but it works as if the nose wheel steering were disengaged. So the rudders on the vertical stabilizers are actuating. Edit: restarted a new mission and it works back again. Seems like a random bug. Edited September 23, 2015 by Vivoune [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Annelid Posted March 2, 2016 Posted March 2, 2016 I've had a nose wheel steering problem in the a-10a since version 1.2. Seems randomly after landing the auto nose wheel steering won't engage after slowing down. As if the the simulation thinks the aircraft is going to fast. Similar problem with the flaps. They sometime deploy at a very low speed or not at all and have to do a flapless landing. Wondering if they're both related.
