Approach/runway lights in bad weather

When visibility is low or bad weather is upon me, I'd like to see the runway- and approach lights. Now, when it is daytime, the lights are off which doesn't make sense I guess.

 

Is there a method to turn them on in a LUA file?

Just a guess but it might be configured in:

Bazar\shaders\terrain\LandLight.hlsl

 

Seems to be using sunlight value to change color.

 

If I knew more about shaders, I could try to change it.
