AGM Will Not Fire

While testing weather or not an G would take out a hanger all I found out is that it wouldn't fire. I never used the G before but assume it's the same procedure as any other maverick.

 

Then a friend of mine couldn't get a missile to fire from his Ka-50. And then after firing a few H's the other night I ran into the same problem again.

 

Target is locked, pressed the button...nothing happens. Except the store is gone from the DSMS page. Tried again and the same thing happened. Then I reloaded the DSMS page and the H's reappeared. But still would not fire.

 

So is it a bug after that last patch or what?

Pls attach a .trk,

I will do a test run with all EO, IIR, and CCD Mavs this evening.

 

Sounds like you could be missing the TMS UP command.

OK how do you "attach a .trk"? ie where do I find it and so on.

 

Without the TMS up it wouldn't lock right. I believe it was locked. Also by pressing the pickle button without the lock would have no effect??? So why did the mav go missing from the DSMS page?

At the end of a single player mission you have the.option to.save the track file.

 

MP tracks are automatically saved.

 

/Saved Games/DCS/Tracks/

OK sounds easy enough. Now I just have to find the right one. :)

 

I had the problem while in single player mode and didn't save it. :( Will save it for sure next time if it happens again.
