Where can I change cockpit view angles please? Views.lua is different than other modules.

You can adjust your view in any cockpit using in-game controls (and save it too). I don't have access to DCS right now. Just look in the view options. There is something like save view/snapview or something. You can adjust the default zoom, move with 6DOF and save the new position using this button.

edit:

From the Eagle wiki:

Customising the Default View

Press Num5 to reset your view to the current default.

Adjust your view to what you want as the new default but do not use any snap view keys in the process!. If you have TrackIR, you will probably need to shut it off while doing this, otherwise it won't save the view the way you want it!

Press RALT+Num0 - your new default view should now be saved.

IIRC the buttons to move laterally are RALT + Numpad buttons (or RCTRL), numpad asterix (*) and fwd slash (/) to adjust zoom.

Thank you but still I'd like to change the default view/snapview.

Did you read my reply? Because I explained exactly how to do just that.

Adjust by using controls for lateral movement, zoom and view angles.

Save with with RAlt + Num0

Now when you press the default view button (Num 5) it will return to YOUR saved position/angles and when you press the default zoom button (num ENTER) it will go to YOUR saved zoom setting. It is saved in a file so you will keep your settings everytime you fly in singleplayer and multiplayer. I used it in almost all aircraft to get a default view/zoom to my liking.

Isn't that what you want? New default view position and/or angles and/or zoom?
