All of my profiles have reverted to the default ones. I have saved profiles for each aircraft and when I load them nothing is retained from before I updated X52 pro drivers. What gives, did I screw something up? This is really annoying as it takes a lot of time to create good profiles.

Thanks in advance for any help!

If your talking about actual saitek sst profiles, they changed the file structure between certain sst versions.

Your original SST profiles still reside in the old place and will need to be moved over to the new directory position.

If your talking about the actual DCS control profiles, were you program the buttons with in the game it self, chances are they joystick has been redetected as a new controller and given a different name in the controls directory structure.

ie

c:\Users\yourusename\Saved Games\Dcs\Config\Input\A-10C\joystick\Saitek X52 Pro Flight Controller {F0B9D880-E52C-11e3-8004-444553540000}.diff.lua

If you have two similiar X52 flight controller entries, one is the old one and one is the new detected one.

Copy the contents of the older version into the new version, overwriting everything in the file, but keeping the new filename. You have to do this for every plane module you fly with.

Fire up DCS World and see if it has fixed it.

Regards, Ian.

Thanks MadDog!!! You are officially a life saver! I ended up just renaming the old file names and that seems to have worked (versus copy pasting the contents).
