Looking for Hardcore Mod'er (If you succeed you'll get paid)

Im looking to develop a substantial Mod for one of the DCS aircraft, it would require new systems integration with old aircraft and making layering changes (think adding gps, radar, and missiles to the P-51 lol) and Ive been told that kind of stuff is basically developer level stuff, so Im not sure its even possible. These guys seem to be pretty "hardcore" in that they mix "n" match Aircraft/flight models/cockpit/avioncs resulting in things like flyable F-15E strike eagles with F-15C pits sporting an A-10C TV display for launching mavericks.

 

They've also done stuff like make flyable swing wing planes like Tornado and Tomcat with movable wings.

 

At worst they could probably tell you what's not do-able.
