Enable Exploration Mode?

For my DCS World aircraft I use Enable Exploration Mode to allow me to mouse view around the cockpit for switches etc. Unfortunately I can't find this option in the MiG-21 settings. Did I miss it? Or is there another way to enable this?

If you mean mouseview then it´s LShift+LAlt+C by default for the MiG-21

Or the easy way is to just press the scroll wheel in twice in quick succession.
