msalama Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 (edited) Does this bird have a flaps position indicator / gauge somewhere, or am I just blind? I've searched the cockpit many times already, but no luck so far. Thanks! EDIT: Ach! The real F-86 manual says there is no flaps position indicator, so that answers my question 100%. Thanks anyway. Zabuzard Posted March 5, 2015 Posted March 5, 2015 You can visually see if the flaps are operating correctly by moving your head to the side and watching behind you. As already said in the airbrake-indicator thread you can see how the flaps are using the hydraulic for operation and tell, using this, if they are fully engaged/disengaged or moving atm.
