theropod Posted March 20, 2015 Posted March 20, 2015 is there any specific axis tune setting for su-27 and also f-15? mig-21 has axis tune recommendations in its flight manuel that why i ask for. thanks!
Weta43 Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 straight ? Invert forces if you're using FFB .. Cheers.
esb77 Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 That really depends on your input hardware. Flying with a TM-Warthog with an extension, and leaving it linear is probably the way to go. Cheap old stick that's sticky, or has a bit of play, or with fading pots, and there's a good chance that 10-30% of curvature on the pitch and roll axes will be helpful. Experiment with different settings and see what works for your setup. Callsign "Auger". It could mean to predict the future or a tool for boring large holes. I combine the two by predictably boring large holes in the ground with my plane.
theropod Posted March 21, 2015 Author Posted March 21, 2015 straight ? Invert forces if you're using FFB .. no, not forces, deadzone, saturation and curvature settings for pitch, roll and rudder. i am using the default settings and works fine with my g940 but i just wonder if there is recommended numbers.
Weta43 Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 deadzone, saturation and curvature settings for pitch, roll and rudder. That's what I meant - recommended = straight... (default), but if you're having trouble with that then as esb77 says, experiment.. Cheers.

Tone71 Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 no, not forces, deadzone, saturation and curvature settings for pitch, roll and rudder. i am using the default settings and works fine with my g940 but i just wonder if there is recommended numbers. If you gently wobble your stick and the movement registers in game, I would set a small deadzone. Saturation can probably stay as it is. Use a positive value for curvature if you find either pitch/roll/yaw overly sensitive at the start of it's movement range.
