Dunolde Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 I spent several hours yesterday downloading the 7 files necessary to install DCS World. Now, about half way through the install, I get an error message, that some part of the install file(s) is corrupted and the install cannot proceed. The file is identified, but I have no way of knowing which of the 6 bin files contains it and I don't want to spend hours and hours re-downloading all of the installation files. How can I get this fixed or get help to do it? Thanks.
AtaliaA1 Posted April 14, 2015 Posted April 14, 2015 You have to re-down load the files. Your ISP. is the cause of the corrupted file, a click or pop while downloading. Unless a friend has the files. JayPee Posted April 14, 2015 Posted April 14, 2015 You don't have to wait for hours and hours.. Last time I checked I could download with an average of 17 MB/s, both via the downloader of my browser and via the ingame module manager using the updater.exe. Perhaps you tried to download at a point where half of ED's customers was downloading because a new patch was just released? i7 4790K: 4.8GHz, 1.328V (manual) MSI GTX 970: 1,504MHz core, 1.250V, 8GHz memory
