Hypo Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 Hello Does anyone have a good setup for X, Y Saturation and Curvature for Pitch and Roll for the Saitek HOTAS? I am trying my best to take down the 109 in a dogfight, but I end up stalling and in a spin. I just can't seem to find a stick setting that works. I've only had the Saitek a couple of days and are replacements for my CH Products HOTAS. If I fly with my fingertips, using my old HOTAS, I can get the 109. TIA ~S~ Hypo
Buzzles Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 It's all personal preference. Iirc, the P51D doesn't really require too much on the curves for pitch and roll, I think ED recommends no curves tbh. I tend to go with 10 each as I prefer the linear response. Fancy trying Star Citizen? Click here!
Hypo Posted April 17, 2015 Author Posted April 17, 2015 Thanks for the info, Buzzles. Anyone got any further suggestions? ~S~ Hypo
King_Hrothgar Posted April 17, 2015 Posted April 17, 2015 Using the same stick here, I am also going with a linear approach with the P-51D and everything else. Think I have maybe 10% curve on it too but might be completely flat. I'd have to look. Saturation for all controls is at the default 100%.
