erjdriver Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Looking for some rudder recommendation. Have the warthog. Like to use with A10 and heli sims. Thanks.
Bolelas Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 The VKB pedal T mkII is great, and it goes well with airplanes, and even better with Helicopters. It is not cheap, but it is high quality, very accurate. Easy to place under desk, does not slip. I have one, Came few days ago. http://flightsimcontrols.com/store/available/t-rudder-pedals-mkii/

mig29movt Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 I'm happy with my MFG Crosswind http://mfg.simundza.com/mfgcrosswind.php Cons: They're not cheap Pros: They're not cheap  I really like the feel. It's smooth and accurate not a loose plastic thingy... I had Saitek Pro rudder pedals and Logitechs G940 before, I wasn't unhappy with those pedals but this is just a whole different thing. Bolelas Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 How do you press toe brakes? How do you connect to PC? No USB connection right. No toe brakes. Thats the bad part (but not for me). It has USB connection to PC by what they call "tinny box". Just plug and play. MaRS sensor, very accurate, does not wear like most rudder pedals with Potentiometers.
NeilWillis Posted May 3, 2015 Posted May 3, 2015 If you want to have the best, and have pedals that will last and last, then I'd recommend the MFG Crosswinds. They are very adaptable, with interchangeable cams to give excellent feel and progression, so they're as good for helicopters as they are for WW2 fighters and modern jets. They also have an excellent calibration system, and very high resolution in comparison with entry level units. They have a very good finish, and come with the promise of spares for a lifetime should that unlikely event that they fail in any way occur. In short, a little money invested wisely now will seem very cheap in the long run.
Ragtop Posted May 3, 2015 Posted May 3, 2015 Slaw Device F-16 look extremely good. I know Grass just got some, check his build thread. 476th vFG Alumni
