getting data out of DCS via a network interface

Hi,

 

I wonder how can one get data out of DCS via a network interface (most preferable some UDP based protocol). What I'd like to get is:

 

• own aircraft position
  
• own aircraft attitude
  
• own heading
  
• own speed (air speed)
  
• position of other aircraft
  

 

I'd like to create an external app, that needs to get this data via a network interface.

 

any pointers welcome.
