Maulkin Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 Well it had been some time since I have fooled around with LOMAC but I am damn sure the last time I used it my TrackIR was working. But tonight I load it up for the first time in a while and for some odd reason LOMAC is not responding to TrackIR input! I then check in the TrackIR software that it is in fact tracking my head and it is. Then I check with IL2FB that it is interfacing with anything at all and it checks out fine. I even test it out on FS2004 and again no problems. But again I try with LOMAC and it does not respond to my head movement! Is there some kind of switch in a config file somewhere that I can check in LOMAC to get this to work again? --Maulkin Windows 10 64-bit - AMD Ryzen 9 5900X @ 3.7 GHz - 32 GB DDR4 3600MHz RAM - EVGA FTW3 RTX 3080 - Asus Crosshair VIII Hero motherboard - Samsung EVO Pro 1 TB SSD - TrackIR 4 Pro - Thrustmaster Warthog - Saitek rudder pedals - Lilliput UM-80/C with TM Cougars
Pittbull Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 Delete 2 Trackir files from the lockon directory. One is in here "Lock On\Input" the other is in here "Lock On\Config" . For some reason , any time you make changes in the options (in game) trackir becomes FUBAR in lockOn. If you need to makes changes, just remember you'll need to remove these files again. GoodLuck and happy hunting PB
Ironhand Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 Left an answer on the SimHQ forum, too. Try deleting or renaming TrackIR.ini in the Input folder. The same thing happens to me from time to time and that's always taken care of the problem. Maulkin Posted May 11, 2006 Author Posted May 11, 2006 Thanks fellas that did the trick. Simply deleted the trakir.ini file from the input folder and viola everything works again!
