Formation Flying - 3 ship

I belong to a small group that is training/practicing formation flying with the F15C. On occasion there are 3 of us. Is there a command/formation shape wherein #2 forms on the right and #3 forms on the left of the lead? I can find materials on 2 ship and 4 ship formations but not 3.

 

Any help is appreciated.
