Have finished the second Canadair CL-13 Italian F-86 Saber, this skin is based on 2º Stormo, Aeronautica Militare F-86F No 13-1. I had a terrible time trying to paint the nose intake with the bi-colour of Green and Red, and I couldnt get a good even line for it, so I messaged my good friend PorcoRosso86 and asked for his help which he did by producing a brilliant paint job on the intake. I would also like to thank Jocko for allowing me to use his Black cockpit mod that I have been putting in most of my skins, because they did have black cockpits. So really this skin is a colaboration between PorcoRosso86, Jocko and myself - I bow down before the master !!! hahah, so thankyou very much PorcoRosso86 for your excellent help and I hope those who are interested like the skins even more. I have another to do and Il probably make a generic each for 2 and 4 Stormo.

I have however noticed an error that you can perhaps correct

NOTE the DANGER triangle under the canopy has a rather small size and is positioned under the hinge of the canopy.

Note that I sent you the big picture where you see the danger triangle which is positioned where the canopy closing zipper starts and it's bigger to send you the photo.

 

 

also the position and dimensions of the number 13-1 is not proportionate, it looks better at the photograph and takes the points of reference well.

note also the small yellow writing on the hinge of the canopy there are also some small yellow dashes.

aaaaaaaa yes now the skin is perfect thanks to your correction made in art mode also uaoooooo yellow cleats.

 

now you have been left with a green nose and a red nose ........... you have already made a neutral nose and you have already made a white nose.

 

I say that saber red nose was the only Italian saber with the comfort of having slaaat was softer to fly and more maneuverable.

but there is an imperfection a black stripe on the right wing the danger triangle on 4-51 is not correct and I also noticed the filling of the dark cockpit is not complete.

however, the 1000 thanks skin is equally beautiful.

Hi Xilon thanks mate, im glad you like them, I just had a quick look on model viewer and have seen those faults you found, I will fix them as soon as possible. I must admit that I was making these pretty fast and should have paid more attention to detail.Thanks again.
