eddievhfan1984 Posted May 22, 2015 Posted May 22, 2015 Hi, guys. I just recently picked up the C-101EB beta version to give it a shot, but I find that upon starting the simulation, absolutely none of my mouse clicks work, so I cannot even get the thing started on the ground; the cursor changes when I mouse over a control, but clicking and manipulating seems to do nothing at all. (I also notice that I start in the rear seat with a shut canopy, while the front cockpit is the one that's open on the ground with a pilot body in it.) Is there some sort of installation bug, or is it due to the fact that now it's out of beta, I need to purchase and register before any control is allowed? Thanks. Blaze Posted May 22, 2015 Posted May 22, 2015 Did you actually purchase the module. Sounds like you didn't. eddievhfan1984 Posted May 22, 2015 Author Posted May 22, 2015 That's what I meant. I thought the beta version was flyable. It's right there in the post. :P MSI GT70-0NC|Intel Core i7 3610QM|24GB DDR3 RAM|GeForce GTX 670M+Intel HD Graphics 4000|Windows 8.1 Pro x64

Thanks. Even if it´s in beta you need to purchase it ... And the beta is very well flyable .. >> DCS liveries by golani79 <<
eddievhfan1984 Posted May 22, 2015 Author Posted May 22, 2015 OK, I see. I was not aware that it was a paid beta—based on the DCS product page, I thought the beta was freeware, but the 101C was payware. I get it now. Thanks for the clarification. golani79 Posted May 22, 2015 Posted May 22, 2015 I wouldn´t call it paid beta - I´d call it preorder with the possibility to fly the beta version of the plane. So if you buy it you get the whole package (CC and EB) plus EFM when it´s released. >> DCS liveries by golani79 <<
TaxmanTom Posted May 22, 2015 Posted May 22, 2015 I made the same mistake with the Mi-8 at some point, thinking the beta was kind of a demo :P Wishful thinking!
