How make a specular texture ?

Hello,

I would like to know if anybody can explain to me how create a specular texture with Photoshop for the Huey ?

I've found many specular textures of the other ED's members but I don't know make the same texture. I use Photoshop but if I can created my own textures for the Huey I don't know how created these famous specular textures...
