kontiuka Posted July 31, 2015 Posted July 31, 2015 (edited) This happened 3 times in a row so I thought I'd mention it. I was on the taxiway waiting for the plane in front of me to go to the active runway. As soon as he did, I added more throttle and my engine lost all power. And I wasn't able to restart it. I've never experienced this in the C-101 before. The only thing different is the cold weather. I can provide a track if needed. Edited July 31, 2015 by kontiuka
Vibora Posted July 31, 2015 Posted July 31, 2015 (edited) Set engine anti-ice on. If there are thunderstorms the engine will die anyway after a while, that's a "bug" that will be corrected. The problem in DCS is that you can't determine when you are inside a thunderstorm or not, so this feature needs to be overriden.
