How Do I Set Up MFD's Onto My Second Monitor?

I am new to DCS as Ive spent most my time flying other sims and just now am trying to figure out DCS.

 

One of my many questions I have is how do I extract the MFD's onto my second monitor where my Cougar MFD's are at?

 

I am use to just having to drag them from my main screen over onto my second monitor but I am not seeing an option for this at all..

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
