When your in DCS/Options/(Aircraft name) there's a MAKE HTML button.

When you click that it creates an .html file for each input device. keyboard, joystick, mouse, TrackIR, etc.

 

You should find them in C:\Users\{your name}\Saved Games\DCS\InputLayoutsTxt

 

I combine the keyboard, stick and throttle .html files to give me one quick reference.
