AWACS Attack Mission

I have been looking for a mission called AWACS Attack. I think it is one of Ralfidude's excellent missions. Is it available for download?

I think the mission you're referring to is one that was being run on the 104th multiplayer server. I don't think it was specifically a HVAA kill mission, rather that's what Ralfidude and his wingman chose to do in that particular instance.

 

That being said, I think there are some HVAA-kill missions available. Search here:

There is an AWACS specific mission in the campaign called an eye for an eye. It's a great overall campaign.

 

That video was just my wingman and myself trying to do something new. Doing the same thing over and over again on the 104th is just boring. Gotta find your own fun. Sometimes that also means walking a fine line with their server rules.

 

In anycase they no longer have AWACs in their server, unless they run a special weekend mission.

Thanks Ralfidude. Your video's are impressive and I was not sure if it was mission I had missed. As you say, "Gotta find your own Fun" and learning to make missions is also part of the fun :)

Hellsbells, if you have a specific urge to blow up an AWACS, check out mission five of my Eye for an Eye campaign, called An Eye in the Storm. The mission involves a fast canyon run in low visibility leading up to a surprise attack on an A-50 and their escorts.
