DaddySchlich Posted September 5, 2015 Posted September 5, 2015 Hi, I just purchased the C-101 module during the flash sale. I went to download the module through the module manager. It downloaded almost the whole file - it got stuck for 15 minutes at 458 out of 460 GB. I then cancelled the download, figuring I would start again. But the module manager gave me the Install option. After installation, there is a Training tab, but no training missions listed. When I go into Missions, there is one Training mission. So I'm not quite there yet. What is the best way to recover/reset?? Should I remove the module through the manager, and re-download the module? Any other suggestions? Thanks for any assistance. Really looking forward to playing with this!!
kontiuka Posted September 5, 2015 Posted September 5, 2015 Just curious, what training mission is it? Is it the Spanish language start-up procedure?
DaddySchlich Posted September 5, 2015 Author Posted September 5, 2015 Yes, it is a startup mission. The audio is in Spanish; there is next-to-no English text on-screen during the mission, but the mission description (in English) directs you to the Quick Startup Guide, which has detailed checklists in English. I haven't tried going through the checklist to see whether I can successfully make it through the mission. HTH.
kontiuka Posted September 5, 2015 Posted September 5, 2015 Yup. Unfortunately, that is the only default training available. AvioDev is working on an English version but it isn't out yet. In the mean time, one of the forum users made a few English tutorials and they're pretty good. You can check them out here ... http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=137880
DaddySchlich Posted September 11, 2015 Author Posted September 11, 2015 Just wanted to note that the English training thread referenced by kontiuka includes instructions on how to "fix" the Training tab so that it actually references the Training Mission. So far as I can tell, C-101 installed successfully despite what happened when I attempted to install (see above) and what I noticed was an issue with the version of the C-101 module and not an unsuccessful install. HTH.
