domini99 Posted September 17, 2015 Posted September 17, 2015 Hi all, I am a very low budget simmer. I live on a small budget and can't afford nice gear. I recently pleased DCS by upgrading my CPU as DCS would lock up quite often, and it worked well. Now my question is, if I would connect a second keyboard to my PC, can I make individual keybindings on that keyboard without interfering with the keyboard I already have? Pretend the following: I'd want to set the keybindig for right throttle up (ikr makes no sense) on the F2 button on keyboard nr.2, will this also screw over the external view binding on my keyboard nr.1? If this can work this way, I can get myself a cheap old keyboard somewhere (maybe multiple lol) and mod a HOTAS(-ish) myself to have some fun with until I can afford a real one. Thanks in advance! ~ Dominique
=4c=Nikola Posted September 17, 2015 Posted September 17, 2015 I believe two keyboards will behave as one, unless you install additional software like this: http://www.hidmacros.eu/whatisit.php Do not expect fairness. The times of chivalry and fair competition are long gone.
