[REPORTED] Mig 29 Low res cockpit during low light

Hey guys, I tried taking my Mig29 out for an early morning flight at 6:30am and noticed that the front of the cockpit seems to have a low quality texture.

 

Steps to Reproduce the bug: Start in any Mig29 in any position at 6:30am (by 7:30 it was normal again) during summer with clear weather.

 

 

Screenshots: (Second one might be a bit hard to see, it appeared brighter in game. Graphics settings also included)
