Erforce Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 Maybe it's not new, i don't know, but the new boarding / transportation option is great, really. but 2 things : - Boarding works only for UH1H and Mi8. Probably intended but... as AI can perform this task wonderful task without scripting now, it should be preferable to allow cargo access to any transport chopper like CH48 - CH53, MI28, MI24 etc... - Transportation... i have no clue how to get this to work. i set a transportable charge, an UH-1H with some cable lengh, a task to retrieve the cargo, a bit like boarding but the chopper lands not to far, and leave without the charge. Grimes Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 I could have swore I tested a Ch-47 with troop transport in the past, but you are right. Any helicopter capable of doing that task should be able to. In terms of cargo transport I think it is still WIP. Will test and report relevant bugs. The right man in the wrong place makes all the difference in the world. Pikey Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 It's worthwhile testing (amongst all the other things) as we have some new checkboxes like "is transportable" and the area pickup and dropoff which can attach to a unit.
