Beta 1.5 A-10A damage repair fail

So I built a custom mission with the ME. Upon landing and requesting the repair, the visible damage was completed but the damaged engine was still inop.

 

Also, when asking ground the apply external power, they'll hook it up, but replies that it cannot turn it off when requested. If you taxi, they'll reply that its still hooked up.
