Screen freezes first time a mission update appears

Sometimes when a mission box info appears and the voice starts talking my screen freezes for 5-15 secs, is only the first time, rest of the mission updates work fine, I checked the CPU and when the first one appears the usage % increases a lot. Also just requested air refueling to a texaco and when he was giving me coordinates for rejoining game crashed, apparently when dialogs appear CPU usage suddenly increases and causes crash/freeze.
