Spetz Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 As of Hotfix 3 opening the chat via Ctrl or Shft + Tab works and you can drag the panel anywhere, but when I go to close it the framing of the panel disappears but all the text remains and will not disappear despite anything I do. Happens in various aircraft.
