T Flight HOTAS X Profile Loading Problem

Well I was really into DCS and got to really enjoy my time in the A10C and then eventually get my dogfighting on with the F15C. Unfortunately, I had to take a break for a while... I ended with a TRACKIR 4 setup, along with a T Flight HOTAS X. So now that I'm trying to dust the webs off my stick, I tried to load this BEAUTIFUL profile that allowed me to smooth and quick using HOTAS the correct way. However, I can't seem to load the profile, it just doesn't plugin the controls once I load it? Sorry guys for the inexperience, but what I love about this community is when you need help, you can reach out.

Thanks to some help from a wonderful user, he provided me screenshots of the keybindings so I could do it manually.
