vision freezes

flying with oculus, the vision freezes every now and then for a very short time.

I noticed the game now takes too long to render new scenes! I use snap views a lot, to zoom in, up, left, right glances. in 1.2 all is fine. in 1.5, while my average FPS is higher, I often get 1-2 seconds(!) freezes when look around. All settings high, except Civil Traffic, Clutter and Depth of Field to off... More so near ground, like in Huey missions (((
