No Joy on Launch after successful update

After multiple tries and one reinstall, I was finally able to get the update completed (see log).

Anyway, the update finally said it was successful but now the game will not launch AT ALL!

 

No error windows... in the task manager DCS.exe pops up for a hot second then disappears. Nothing else happens at all.

 

No clue what happens next... and I have no idea how to conduct a repair if needed. I've looked all over the main beta folder and do not see anything offering a repair.
