AH_Sid Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 The binding (mapping) for 'Canopy Switch, CLOSE' and 'Canopy Switch, OPEN' are currently reversed. i.e. Assigning a keystroke or DX button to 'Canopy Switch, CLOSE', will open the canopy instead of closing it, and vice versa for 'Canopy Switch, OPEN'. Mouse clicking or using the mapping 'Canopy Open/Close', the switch shouldn't remain in the 'Close' position. It was spring loaded back to the center OFF position. Taken from the F-86F Flight Manual With the switch held in the 'Close' position the aircraft shouldn't pressurize, or it should depressurize if already pressurized. This currently doesn't happen as can be seen here with the switch in the 'Close' position, the aircraft at 30,000ft, but the cabin altitude at around 12,000ft.
AH_Sid Posted December 4, 2015 Author Posted December 4, 2015 Thank you for fixing the issue with the cabin pressure when the canopy switch still set to close, seems to work perfectly now, I just love the effects if you forget to put your oxygen flow to on! Just to let you know the issue with binding (mapping) for 'Canopy Switch, CLOSE' and 'Canopy Switch, OPEN' are still reversed. i.e. Assigning a keystroke or DX button to 'Canopy Switch, CLOSE', will open the canopy instead of closing it.

AH_Sid Posted December 12, 2015 Author Posted December 12, 2015 ... and fixed in the latest player available version (V1.5.2.48162.126), Many thanks
AH_Sid Posted February 8, 2016 Author Posted February 8, 2016 In the latest public build (V2.0.1.49921), the canopy switch is now spring loaded back to the centre OFF position from the 'Close' position (many thanks for fixing that), but it's also broken again the fact that when the switch is held in the 'Close' position the aircraft shouldn't pressurize, or it should depressurize if already pressurized. With the switch held in the 'Close' position the aircraft shouldn't pressurize, or it should depressurize if already pressurized.
