The heat blur effect works from time to time with every modules.

Is it normal ?

Same here, although I'm just flying the A-10C. Once, the heat blur was missing. I verified it several times. Definitely no blur. The weird thing is, I saved that track and when I played it back, it HAD heat blur :) Wacky.

I tested the heat effects with the F15 and didn't see any.
