FYI, still bugs in the Warthog default .lua files

There's still a bunch of missing controls in the warthog default input files.

 

For example:

 

Mods\aircraft\L-39C\Input\L-39C\joystick\Joystick - HOTAS Warthog.lua

 

With that file existing, I get unassignable controls:

Crud, messed up title. Should say L-39C specifically.
