NTTR McCarran is missing ILS localizer on RWY 01L

According to the attached FAA chart, there's a localizer (ILS) for RWY 1L at McCarran International.

 

ILS 01L 110.10 (38X) “I-CUA” · · − · − · · · − · −

 

This beacon isn't in-game (yet?).

I´m not sure about the Nevada map, but in the black sea map the ILS' are only active for the active runways and therefore dependent on wind direction.

Disregard I can see you're having issues getting 01 to be the active from your other post.
