Hey,

I host a mission but it is not visible in global server viewer.

I have laptop as server, it is connected to my home Wi-Fi router. When I start server nobody sees it except my desktop computer where I do play. It seems server is visible in browser only for the people inside my network.

1. On the laptop there is no firewall;

2. I disabled WAN in my provider's router settings (UPC) to test if it'd help;

Where is the problem?

Someone asked about this recently - might be same issue.

Check the IP address of the laptop in your router's config to ensure it's correct (i.e. the IP address within the LAN).

I take it you have opened the necessary ports? You need to set it for TCP and UDP.

Rig: Asus TUF GAMING B650-PLUS; Ryzen 7800X3D ; 64GB DDR5 5600; RTX 4080; VPC T50 CM2 HOTAS;

Pimax Crystal Light

I'm learning to fly - but I ain't got wings

With my head in VR - it's the next best thing!

I don't get it - checked IPs and seem to be fine.

I remember in the past similar problems but then I opened DMZ for particular address. It helped a lot.

I think either it is UPC fault or DCS itself, because I have no firewall, only UPC's router-modem is between.

By default I think host server settings set the server to invisible, you have to hit a checkbox to make it public in the list.

i7 7700K | 32GB RAM | GTX 1080Ti | Rift CV1 | TM Warthog | Win 10

Yeah I ticked to make it public. I tested on hidden, even deleted briefing text as it was causing "no server" bug some time ago.

I tried to connect via direct IP, no success.

My ports seem to be open though.

Connected by wireless or cable?

If you haven't tried a cable maybe that's something to try.

You need to open UDP and TCP port 10308 inside your router and point it to your internal server IP

My provider won't block any ports, according to it.

Unfortunately I have no access to the wired connection, however Wi-Fi always worked. Another games work OK, only DCS is a problem here as I see.

I just made DMZ enabled (disabled), does anyone now want to test? :D

Server naam is: -= Air-2-Ground =- Su-17M4 !!!

It will stay for some time to check settings.

OK I tested with DMZ on, server is visible.

Now time for firewall :)
